I decided to do this course as I have just entered into a new sales career. Whilst I have been in sales (Banking) for over 20 years this new path to selling new homes would challenge to be able to get them to contract but more importantly be confident in how to make it more personalised to each individual.

I feel like this was a really good course and i took away alot of valuable knowledge from it.
however, i feel as though a few questions along the way would help alot more and make it alot more interactive. People get bored too easily from just reading non stop and its easier to forget if theyre just reading everything. Questions break up the reading and help knowledge stick in your brain.

The course was very well informative. I learned a lot from each subject that I didn't know previously. The course will definitely help me in the future in relation to internet marketing in the workplace and such. If anything can be improved upon, I would suggest that more examples in relation to the various subjects and terms on each module instead of having just one case study in each module. The case study did make sense and is effective for learning purposes, but I would like to see more examples of certain terms and definitions can best be done in the workplace.

In this course I learned briefly the basics of marketing. This includes the common types for marketing, what is marketing, the 4ps of marketing, responsible communication manners in the business field with another employer or a customer, the impotence of setting goals to see the success of your business, the importance of repeat business and how that make up for the majority of your sales, the loyalty you must reinsure with your customers, the marketing funnel and a step by step process of the costumers mindset and the venders, and finally what to do and the biggest mistakes that businesses make.
