I need stress management good topic that needs to be addressed in work and life, I exercise and do meditations, a lot to help remove unwanted stress, - good relationships with people actually does reduce stress in a big way, constant arguing is a serious illness in the workplace in media, politics and law and most places now like bullying but I would like to have a job where I could afford a massage twice a week and day spa treatments and a nice long holiday, a world cruise would be nice...! relaxation and massage and facials are under-rated for helping reduce stress and loving touch and genuine care, and holidays to nice places like bora bora and so on! lol...

I think it should be compulsory for people to learn stress management - time with my pets and finding enjoyable tasks when ill is important. since going through radium I need to apply a lot of this.

I like this topic and apply it a lot with exercise and time in the garden. there should be more emphasis on this topic in hospitals and work and hospitality etc... and reducing it is key to this course teachings.
