Overall this course was okay. It seemed short and lacked substance.

The case studies seemed very short and vague.

27 December 2017 01:14:56 PM

I would like to point out a number of questions in the review do not make sense, most notably in Module 11, questions 1 and 10 had no possible correct answers. Question one had blanks that describe emotional things to begin a sentence that said "blank emotional people..." so I could have answered as an example Emotional emotional people...?. Question 10 the answer should have been stress but that was not an available option. Despite these errors, I feel it was a helpful course

20 September 2017 07:22:59 AM

Nice course to teach conflict resolution skills.

a good course for business and personal conflict.

22 February 2019 10:59:14 AM
