Conflict happens when differences come to light causing disagreement. workplace collaboration is paramount to company success. a number of techniques are used to aid in the conflict resolution process. Bringing the conflict into the openly use of an action plan, involving ground rules and understanding the c/r process requires multiple solutions and frameworks that get to the root cause of the conflict. Use of the fish one diagram is one effective model leading to a win win solution.

This course was good. I am not sure if it was 100% what my boss meant me to find for a "change management" course. He already made the decision on how to change our management and didn't offer input to any of us below that position. That wasn't necessarily what this course is teaching. This course teaches a more cohesive plan with employee involvement.
